Midori Rourk
Tranquility and Grace
So silently you swim through the open sea,
The frills of your skirt following behind you.
You are tranquil and graceful, floating free.
Your pure white body glides through the deep blue.
The strands of your gossamer hair drift around,
You dance in the waves for all to admire.
You slip through the currents without a sound.
You glow in the sunlight like blue white fire.
But your beauty is toxic, fatally so.
Seeping through skin with a light deadly touch.
You hide stealthily in the depths so low.
Your victims await your cold deadly clutch.
Let it be known here, let it be said,
I yearn to feel your lace, even if I’m dead.
